HIIT Pilates Beats
Triple Sweat is a brand new, highly-effective workout that includes 3 elements (HIIT, Pilates, and Beats) in 1 class for the over-achiever “triple threat” who wants to maximize results in a short amount of time.
The workout consists of high-intensity interval training, Pilates, and barre-inspired movements…on beat to pop/hip-hop music.
The class is 50 minutes and includes bursts of high-intensity cardio interspersed between Pilates sections so that you’re getting all the benefits in one class:
