5 Minute HIIT Pilates: July Thighs & Glutes
HIIT Pilates combines all the principles from high-intensity interval training and Pilates to:
✔ burn fat
✔ boost metabolism
✔ sculpt/tone
✔ release stress
✔ increase flexibility
For July, we’re focusing on thighs and glutes because who doesn’t want to look fab in a bikini bottom this summer?
We’re starting with side kicks and bend/pulses in the Pilates sequence (which are also amazing for tightening the “banana roll” side region between your bum and thighs) and ending with high-intensity interval training that gets your legs and seat burning just in time for beach-season.
As always, feel free to reverse the order of the workout if you want to tackle HIIT first.
