HIIT Pilates combines all the principles from high-intensity interval training and Pilates so that you’re burning fat, boosting metabolism, sculpting, toning, and increasing flexibility all at the same time.
I decided to put together a monthly series where I show you 5 minutes of HIIT + Pilates so you can do this at home, on your own time.
A typical class is 45 minutes long, but if you practice this 5 minute workout on a daily basis (of course, you should always leave a day or two to recover and stretch each week), you’ll be on your way to a leaner, fitter bod for summer.

Single Leg Stretch
Double Leg Stretch
Single Straight Leg Stretch
Double Straight Leg Stretch (optional hold at end)
Feel free to reverse the order if you’d like! If cardio bursts to wake yourself up first is more your thing, then begin with HIIT, followed by the Pilates. Make these exercises work best for your schedule and needs.
